David began entertaining in His hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, where he performed for crowds from around the world. In Oregon, he won Best Elvis Entertainer from Cool 99.1 Radio and also won Gospel Artist Of The Year by the Oregon Gospel Music Association (OGMA).
